Luscious Brownies with Flambéed Banana and Sweet Milk Froth
Directions:
Ingredients:
The Banana:
In a pan, heat the sugar until it begins to caramelise. In the meantime, give the two succulent, plump oranges a squeeze and douse the caramel with their sweet juice. Add the lemon leaf and boil down at medium heat. Meanwhile, allow our banana to slowly and lasciviously strip off. Slice it in half and place in the pan sliced side up. This ménage à trois should only be a quickie and at high heat as the banana will become too soft too quickly, if you catch my drift… Finally, add the rum on the plate and use a match to ignite the flames of passion.
The Brownie:
Right, you horny devils! Since all good lovemaking needs some foreplay, we’ll take care of the oven first and let it heat up real hot - 170°C with fan. Meanwhile, the chocolate needs to be handled with a big, strong device. Then nestle it in a bowl and let it succumb and melt in the heat of a hot tub. Bring all other ingredients together in another bowl and caress them with a mixer until the ingredients are inseparable. Now pour in the melted chocolate and fold it in lovingly. Put the smooth mixture into a deep baking pan with parchment and put the heat on for a good 20 minutes.
The Sweet Milk:
Some like it hot. Milk, sugar, cinnamon sticks, and chilli peppers belong to the softies. Let them cuddle at medium heat in the pot for 20 minutes. Gelatine enjoys foreplay by itself. Let it act out its fetish in a cold water bath until it becomes soft enough to give itself completely to its four lovers in the pot. Slowly, accompanied by heartfelt stirring, let it melt under your intimate touch…
Pour the sweet milk into a whipped cream dispenser and provide it with two N2O capsules. Cool for four hours. Shake well to climax.
